The present invention relates to a food homogenizer which homogenizes fruits or vegetables to enable the fruits or the vegetables to have a regular soft texture by compressing and crushing the fruits or the vegetables, and more specifically, to a food homogenizer which has a structure of compressing and crushing materials to be homogenized while inputting and dropping the materials to be homogenized between inner walls of a drum on which a plurality of unit blades are arranged in a downward oblique direction with respect to a screw, thereby enhancing a compressing and crushing function and at the same time enables a user to exchange and use a lower end screw, having a lead-in screw with a different spiral surface, according to a crushing state or a hardening degree of the materials wanted by the user, thereby drastically improving the compressing and crushing function. |
