The present invention relates to an image distortion correcting device and a method thereof. The method includes the steps of: obtaining an image by using a combination type hyperbolic reflector body; calculating a straight line passing object points corresponding to respective pixels in the image through using a ray tracing method; calculating phase information regarding the calculated straight line; and rearranging the pixels of the image based on the phase information in order to correct distortion of the image.
