A method for making a connection server to dynamically distribute a simultaneous connection load by a plurality of client terminals according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: receiving a session connection request from a client terminal; maintaining or changing a reconnection cycle of all the client terminals which are currently in connection, based on the number of the session connection requests occurring with respect to the connection server; setting an offset time which is an elapsed time from a time point when a reconnection unit time starts to a time point when the session connection request is realized to be different from an offset time of the client terminal which has just previously transmitted the session connection request; and transmitting a response to the session connection request, including the changed or maintained reconnection cycle and the set offset time, to the client terminal.
