The present invention relates to: a phenyl derivative, an optical isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a manufacturing method thereof; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient for preventing or treating cell proliferative diseases. A compound of the present invention, an optical isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can be usefully used for treating cell proliferative diseases such as various cancers, by depolymerizing a microtubule and generating apoptosis, and being effectively applied to cancer cells which exhibit multiple drug resistance.
