PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for performing delivery of a drug such as a therapeutic agent into an opening such as a hair follicle, a pore and/or a sebaceous gland on or near a skin surface.SOLUTION: The above problem can be solved by using a device 200 for guiding a drug to the inside 280 of an opening under pressure via one or more nozzles or slits.
