The present invention relates to a device for recycling domestic sewage for a toilet seat. In the device for recycling the domestic sewage for the toilet seat which recycles the domestic sewage in the toilet bowl by storing the domestic sewage of a washstand (10) in a water storage tank and then supplying the domestic sewage to a water tank (30), the device of the present invention comprises: a conventional hexahedral water storage tank (20) which filters and stores the domestic sewage of the washstand (10); a filter unit (50) for filtering the domestic sewage; a first and a second water level sensing sensor (60, 60′); an underwater pump (70); a cleansing liquid insertion unit (80) for inserting a cleansing liquid to the water storage tank (20); and a control board (90′) comprising a display panel (90). The device of the present invention can minimize waste of living water from the use of a flushing toilet and also can minimize the amount of sewage causing water environmental pollution by filtering, storing and recycling the domestic sewage from the washstand, can prevent generation of bad smell by preventing decay of pollutant included in the recycled water by inserting the cleansing liquid including a disinfectant to the recycled water on a regular cycle as excluding bump fault or pipe blockage due to foreign substances included in the recycled water, and can reduce product costs by a simple structure. The device of the present invention can perform follow-up management easily by being able to replace a filter at a front easily without noise when the filtered water flows into the storage tank, can display the water level automatically by installing a water level sensor in the water storage tank, and can achieve usage convenience of the user by displaying a water saving frequency on a display part automatically by counting a sensing frequency of the water level sensor.
