The present invention relates to an exchangeable needle cartridge having a needle for semipermanent makeup and tattoo or a needle for drug injection, stably fixing, supporting, and operating a needle, when installing a needle for semipermanent makeup and tattoo or a needle for drug injection linearly reciprocating back and forth by a multipurpose multi-needle operating machine. The exchangeable needle cartridge comprises: a needle; a body including an insertion hole where the needle is inserted, and a charging hole penetrating the side surface of the insertion hole; a cap member having the body embedded, and coupled with a mounting unit of the multipurpose multi-needle operating machine; an adhesive filling the charging hole and fixing the needle on the body; and a coil spring elastically supporting the body backward on the cap member, for making the exchange of the needle convenient. The present invention also relates to the multipurpose multi-needle operating machine comprising the same. The needle used for semipermanent makeup and tattoo, or drug injection, and the body receiving driving force of the needle to linearly reciprocate back and forth are firmly coupled to prevent separation of the needle caused by vibration or impact during back and forth linear reciprocating, thereby improving durability, and assures the stable back and forth linear reciprocating of the needle, thereby enabling an elaborate procedure.
