The present invention relates to a tool exchanging assembly of an automatic tool changer for a tool machine. The tool exchanging assembly comprises: a sliding body (10); a swing body (20); a changer arm (40); a turning cylinder (50); a tilting cylinder (30); and an in-out-cylinder (60). The sliding body (10) moves along a guide rail by a hydraulic motor (101). The swing body (20) is rotationally installed on a lower part of the sliding body (10). The changer arm (40) is rotationally installed on the front surface of the swing body (20) and has clamping parts (401) formed on both ends thereof, the clamping parts clamping the tool at a tool port and a main axial head. The turning cylinder (50) is installed on the upper part and lower part of the swing body (20) to perform a double act and rotate the changer arm (40). The tilting cylinder (30) is rotationally installed on the sliding body (10) and has a cylinder rod (301) rotationally connected to one side of the swing body (20) to rotate the swing body (20). The in-out-cylinder (60) is installed on the front surface of the swing body (20) to allow the changer arm (40) for clamping the tool to perform an in-out-operation. The tool exchanging assembly has a strong transferring force in spite of its compact size and a compact weight thereof to strongly clamp the tool in an accurate and rapid manner, thereby improving productivity. Furthermore, the tool exchanging assembly allows the tool to be horizontally or vertically exchanged depending on the position of the head grip part of the tool machine. |
