LIGHT SOURCE DEVICE USING SEMICONDUCTOR LASER

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a light source device using a semiconductor laser which outputs high-power white light by using the semiconductor laser excited by a laser diode. For this, the light source device includes a lighting part having a rectangular penetration hole; a semiconductor laser light source part which is installed to the light emitting part and outputs light to the penetration hole; and a florescent body part which is installed to the light emitting part and emits light of a color by exciting the light outputted from the light source part. Therefore, the present invention may provide a small light source device which may provide high-power white light by using the semiconductor laser excited by the laser diode and has superior oscillation efficiency.
