The present invention relates to a method for providing real time personal broadcasting services, and an apparatus and a system therefor. A method for providing personal broadcasting services from a mobile device that is integrated, via a network, with an automatic transmission system server according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: transmitting a first control message in order to make a request to the automatic transmission system server for IP information of a target terminal to connect, according to a request for the personal broadcasting services inputted by a user; receiving a second control message including the IP information of the target terminal to connect, from the automatic transmission system server; establishing a communication channel to the target terminal to connect using the received IP information; driving a camera installed in the mobile device; and controlling so that an image taken in real time by the driven camera is transmitted to the target terminal through the established communication channel. Therefore, the present invention has an advantageous effect of providing the real time personal broadcasting services with fewer communication delays.
