PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium composition especially useful in a compression type refrigeration system having a heat exchanger driven in a counter flow mode or a cross flow mode having a counter flow trend.SOLUTION: There is provided a use of a dual component composition of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and difluoromethane as a heat medium fluid in a compression type refrigeration system having a heat exchanger driven in a counter flow mode or a cross flow mode having a counter flow trend. There is provided a composition basically containing 70 to 90 wt.% of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 10 to 30 wt.% of difluoromethane. The composition used as a heat medium fluid contains 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and difluoromethane in the amounts of, preferably, 78 to 84 wt.% and 16 to 22 wt.%, more preferably, 81 to 83 wt.% and 17 to 19 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
