The present invention relates to a continuous drying apparatus of organic sludge, which comprises a first pipe receiving organic sludge which is an object to be dried; a screw formed along a rotary shaft which is arranged on the center of the first pipe and rotates; a second pipe embedding the first pipe, wherein a heat transfer fluid is packed between the inner circumferential surface of the second pipe and the outer circumferential surface of the first pipe, and having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the first pipe; and a sheath thermocouple repeatedly wound along the outer circumferential surface of the first pipe. The second pipe is vertically arranged to be multilayered, and the outlet of the first pipe embedded in each second pipe vertically arranged to be multilayered is connected with the inlet of another first pipe arranged on the next layer. The continuous drying apparatus of organic sludge dries a large amount of organic sludge with low energy. In addition, a heat source required for drying is allowed to touch the whole of organic sludge, thereby quickly drying the organic sludge. Furthermore, the continuous drying apparatus of organic sludge is simplified so investment costs are reduced, and a heat transfer fluid is heated by using a sheath thermocouple, thereby supplying a heat source required for drying. |
