Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a communication interception method, device, server and user equipment (UE), the method comprising: a server receives a communication message from a second UE to a first UE, the communication message carrying user information of the second UE; obtaining a whitelist of the first UE, the whitelist comprising nth-level contacts of the first UE, n being an integer; checking whether the whitelist of the first UE comprises user information of the second UE; and if the whitelist of the first UE does not comprise user information of the second UE, sending a communication denial message to the second UE to deny a communication message from the second UE to the first UE. |
