A fin punching machine comprises a frame (1), a driving motor (2), a flywheel (3), a driving shaft (4), an eccentric lifting arm (5), a material pulling arm (6), and a pressing member. The driving motor (2) drives the flywheel (3) to rotate. The flywheel (3) is mounted at one end of the driving shaft (4). One end of the eccentric lifting arm (5) is an eccentric shaft sleeve. The eccentric shaft sleeve is sleeved on the driving shaft (4). The pressing member is hung at the lower end of the eccentric lifting arm (5). The upper end of the material pulling arm (6) is sleeved on the driving shaft (4). According to the fin punching machine, a transverse main shaft is used to improve the unbalance loading resistance; an air spring is used to adjust the weightless pressure of a device at any time, thereby eliminating the defect that the spring breaks easily due to spring adjustment; and an oil cylinder uses a built-in lifting mode, thereby eliminating the defect that a thread rod breaks easily due to the use of an external thread connection mode.
