The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and especially relates to a terminal, a network device, and an uplink control information processing method, used for solving the problem of network devices participating in carrier aggregation being unable to coordinate with each other in real time the uplink resource allocation to the terminal, and thus possibly causing the total uplink scheduling result to said terminal to exceed the uplink service data transmission capacity of the terminal. Upon determining that the uplink service data scheduling result of a plurality of network devices engaging in data transmission with said network devices exceeds the uplink service data transmission capacity of the terminal provided by the embodiments of the present invention, said terminal abandons the transmission of part of the uplink service data, such that the amount of uplink service data transmitted does not exceed the uplink service data transmission capacity of the terminal, effectively solving the problem of several network devices participating in carrier aggregation being unable to coordinate with each other, in real time, uplink resource allocation, and thus possibly causing the total uplink scheduling result to exceed terminal uplink service data transmission capacity. |
