Disclosed are an armrest for a vehicle, a seat for a vehicle, a headrest for a vehicle, and an overhead console for a vehicle with an air cleaning function and an air blast function. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the armrest for a vehicle comprises: an air cleaning unit provided in an armrest mounted within a vehicle to filter air introduced into the vehicle; a heat exchange module provided in the armrest to heat exchange surrounding air; an air discharge unit provided in the armrest to be interconnected to the inside of the vehicle; and a fan provided in the armrest to blow at least one of the filtered air and the heat exchanged air to the air discharge unit.
