Disclosed is an X-ray image photographing device, capable of providing an accurate and intuitive X-ray image to a desired part of a subject with low X ray exposure and a narrow sensor. According to the present invention, the X-ray image photographing device includes: a generator part and a sensor part, which face each other while having a subject area placed between the two parts; a gentry rotating the sensor part and the generator part around a rotation shaft between the sensor part and the generator part; at least one sensor installed in the sensor part to detect X-rays; a sensor operating part installed in the sensor part, and moving the sensor along a rotation trace of the sensor part or tangent direction of the rotation trace while the generator part and the sensor part rotate around the rotation shaft; and an image processing device forming a three-dimensional X-ray image about the entire area of the subject area as a detection result of the sensor. |
