The present invention relates to a heat-exchange ventilation apparatus, and more specifically, to a heat-exchange ventilation apparatus which extends the life of the entire structure by firstly eliminating heavy foreign materials included in the air flowing in from the outside, and minimizes the amount of foreign materials flowing into a building. A heat-exchange ventilation apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a heat-exchange unit for exchanging the heat of indoor air with outdoor air; a first communication channel which connects the heat-exchange unit with the interior of a building to allow indoor air to flow in; a second communication channel which connects the heat-exchange unit with the interior of the building to discharge outdoor air; a third communication channel which connects the heat-exchange unit with the exterior of the building to discharge indoor air; a fourth communication channel which connects the heat-exchange unit with the exterior of the building to allow outdoor air to flow in; and a sinking unit installed on an end part of the outside of the fourth communication channel, which makes foreign materials flowing in from the outside of the building sink. The sinking unit comprises: a body part formed in a hollow shape in which one end of the body part is communicated with the fourth communication channel and the other end is communicated with the outside of the building; and a wall part protruding from an upper surface of the body part toward the bottom. The wall part is formed to be perpendicular to the outdoor air flowing in the body part. |
