1. A method for determining, at a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), whether to offload traffic to or from a WLAN network, the method comprising:
determining, in the WTRU, whether to steer traffic to or from the WLAN network according to at least one of higher layer policies and radio access stratum rules; evaluating a configured WLAN offload condition; and if the configured WLAN offload condition has been met, steering traffic to or from the WLAN network. |
