The present invention relates to a lithium battery with high voltage and a manufacturing method of a lithium battery having improved battery performance. The lithium battery according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first pouch film; a first anode unit on the first pouch film; a second cathode unit on the first anode unit; a polymer insulating film which is provided on the second cathode unit, and includes a disk passing through an inner portion of the second cathode unit; a second anode unit on the polymer insulating film; a first cathode unit on the second anode unit; and a second pouch film on the first cathode unit, wherein the second cathode unit can be electrically connected with the second anode unit through the disk.
