A radio frequency receiver and a receiving method are disclosed by the present invention. The method includes: performing frequency band separation on a radio frequency signal with multiple carrier aggregation so as to obtain and output at least one frequency band signal; respectively performing filtering and amplification on the at least frequency band signal so as to obtain at least one processing signal; generating a plurality of oscillation signals; selectively receiving a processing signal including the target carrier from the at least one processing signal, receiving an oscillation signal corresponding to the target carrier and selectively selecting one frequency division ratio from multiple frequency division ratios; obtaining a local oscillation signal by performing frequency division on the received oscillation signal according to the frequency division ratio; obtaining a frequency mixing signal by performing frequency mixing on the received processing signal including the target carrier with the local oscillation signal; generating a base band signal corresponding to the target carrier on the basis of the frequency mixing signal, wherein mutual interference among multiple oscillation signals can be depressed by selecting the frequency division ratio respectively.
