A membrane element, a device and a water treatment method using the membrane element. The membrane element comprises a membrane (1), a water inlet end for allowing inflow water to flow into the membrane (1), a waste water outlet end for flowing waste water out of the membrane (1) and a pure water end for flowing pure water out of the membrane (1); the membrane element further comprises a water inlet end electrode (6) arranged in the inflow water and a pure water end electrode (5) arranged in the pure water, wherein the pure water end electrode (5) is connected with the negative electrode of a power supply, the water inlet end electrode (6) is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, and the distance between the water inlet end electrode region and the water inlet end for allowing the inflow water to flow into the membrane (1) is larger than the distance between the water inlet end electrode region and the waste water outlet end for flowing the waste water out of the membrane (1). |
