The present invention addresses the problem of providing a conductive composition which maintains good printability and enables formation of electrodes or the like having good adhesion to a transparent conductive layer or the like, and solar cells and solar cell modules comprising a collecting electrode formed using the composition. The conductive composition according to the present invention comprises a metal powder (A); an epoxy resin (B); a cationic curing agent (C); and a cationic-polymerizable compound (D) having a cationic-polymerizable functional group other than glycidyl, said cationic-polymerizable compound (D) having a viscosity at 25ºC of not more than 150 mPa·s.
