A coating including at least one of a cationically polymerizable compound, including at least one epoxy group, and a radically polymerizable compound, including at least one acrylate group. The coating further includes an inorganic nano-wire and at least one surfactant. Methods for forming a coated substrate can include preparing inorganic nano-fibers, dispersion the nano-fibers in a solution to form a suspension. In an example, the suspension can be mixed with ta matrix solution to form a coating. The coating can then be applying to a substrate and cured to form a coated substrate.
