Disclosed is a stack fusion apparatus for a redox flow battery. The disclosed stack fusion apparatus for a redox flow battery is to configure a stack by vibration-fusing unit cells consisting of an electrode flow frame and a membrane flow frame of a zinc-bromine flow battery. The apparatus comprises: i) a lower die which supports at least one unit cell and is installed to be vertically movable; ii) an upper die arranged on an upper side of the lower die to press the unit cell as the lower die is lifted up; and iii) a vibration source for applying vibration to the upper die to vibrate and fuse the unit cell, wherein a plurality of divided plates may be installed on and fixed to bases of the lower die and the upper die corresponding to each other, and a thickness adjustment thin plate for adjusting a thickness deviation of the unit cell may be installed between at least one division plate and the base.
