The present invention relates to a deep water-dispersing air ejection device for phosphate removal and, more specifically, to a deep water-dispersing air ejection device for phosphate removal, which disperses deep water in a hundreds of micron sized water droplet form so as to react Fe^(2+) with oxygen in the atmosphere, resulting in the adsorption and coprecipitation of phosphate which is a main nutrient salt needed for algal growth. In addition, the removal of phosphate as the main nutrient salt needed for algal growth leads to the eradication of fundamental factors for the production and growth of algae while minimizing processing costs thereof and disturbance in a surrounding ecosystem. Especially, the air ejection device of the present invention accelerates Fe^(2+) oxidation rate and oxidation efficiency as well, thereby remarkably increasing phosphate removal efficiency.
