The present invention relates to a cradle of an echo sounder for a rubber boat, which allows an echo sounder to be placed in a rubber boat, and, more specifically, to a cradle of an echo sounder for a rubber boat, which is simply and rapidly coupled and uncoupled to/from the rubber boat and reduces the costs thereof through the simple structure thereof. The cradle of an echo sounder for a rubber boat according to the present invention comprises: a main body which covers the outer circumference of a rubber tube of the rubber boat; an installation unit which is coupled to one side of the main body and allows the echo sounder to be installed therein; and a pressing unit which includes a pressing plate coupled to the other side of the main body to be rotated and having a round structure and a pressing pin screwed to the main body to be moved forward and backward and pressing the pressing plate to the rubber tube. |
