The present invention relates to an exercise management system. The exercise management system includes: an exercise device unit including one or more weight exercise devices including a weight RF communications unit and a weight terminal individually and one or more aerobic exercise devices including an aerobic RF communications unit and an aerobic terminal individually; a central management unit receiving and storing 1 repetition maximum (RM) information or maximum oxygen intake amount information of a user and setting a weight exercise planning program or an aerobic exercise planning program of the user; and a member card attached with an RF tag providing stored member information to the weight RF communications unit and the aerobic exercise RF communications unit. According to the present invention, an optimum exercise planning program fitted to the maximum exercise ability of an individual can be provided.
