The method includes the steps of: introducing the pipe in a wellbore; and applying a ribbed pattern to the inner surface of the pipe. An expander cone, having a largest outer diameter which is larger than the initial inner diameter of the pipe and having an outer surface provided with a correspondingly ribbed pattern, is moved through the pipe to apply the pattern. |
