Provided are a production device and production process for a wear-resistant steel ball. The production device comprises a quenching system (5) and a tempering system (6), a cooling system (12) connected to a branch of a conveying channel entering the quenching system (5), a lifting and sending device (13) for lifting a steel ball up to the cooling system (12), and a secondary heating system (16) in communication with the cooling system (12). The device can achieve the secondary heating of the steel ball, and has a simple structure. |
