The present invention relates to a multifunctional smart facade module and a building structure applied with the same. The multifunctional smart facade module is formed in a triple wall structure; thus obtaining an automatic ventilation and insulation function, generating power using sunlight. Also, a multifunctional partition includes an electric color changing element to perform a display panel function by applying power at night, performing a lighting function by blocking power during the daytime; and also, a fluid path in an insulation space is formed longitudinally such that cold air and hot air on the outside are prevented from directly being transferred to the indoor side. Moreover, the outer air of a low temperature is able to be heated by a solar radiation load in an insulation space on the outdoor side for ventilation during the winter such that loss of energy due to the outer air of the low temperature is able to be reduced. Also, a dehumidification unit is installed in the insulation space such that dew condensation in the insulation space is able to be prevented, and wet outer air is prevented from flowing inside; and an opening and closing angle of a ventilation louver is controlled in accordance with the indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity such that efficient ventilation is able to be performed. Also, the power stored in a battery is used by being linked to ventilation, illuminations, and a power load for a building such that power received from the Korea Electric Power Cooperation is able to be reduced to reduce costs. |
