Provided is a mold which comprises: an operational-side template including a division plane having either one of a core or a cavity; a fixing-side template including the division plane having any remainder between the core and the cavity; and a hydrophobic surface treatment plane formed on the division plane of the operational-side template and the division plane of the fixing-side template. In addition, further provided is a treatment method thereof. By excluding a flash which may formed on a molded article due to surface treatment applied between the division planes of the mold, the defect rate in accordance with a process remarkably drops, and costs and time required for the production decrease, thereby securing reliability of the product. |
