摘要 A lithium ion secondary battery includes a flat-shaped electrode group in which separators are interposed between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The positive electrode has a positive electrode collector, a positive electrode mixture layer formed on a top surface of the positive electrode collector, and an insulating layer formed on the top surface of the positive electrode collector along an end portion of the positive electrode mixture layer. Further, a mixed layer, formed by mixing of a positive electrode mixture configuring the positive electrode mixture layer, and an insulator configuring the insulating layer, is interposed between the positive electrode mixture layer and the insulating layer.
