A preparation method of an alignment film, comprising the following steps: determining the spray printing area of an alignment liquid, the spray printing area comprising a display area and a transfer area; spray printing the alignment liquid in the spray printing area to form an alignment liquid thin film; and aligning the alignment liquid thin film to form an alignment film. The present invention enables the spray printing area of the alignment liquid to expand outward, such that unevenness of the alignment film caused by an edge diffusion effect is far from the display area, thus improving the imaging quality of a final liquid crystal (LC) display device. |
