Disclosed is a vertical locating device for a masonry. Support columns (2) are fixedly mounted at the two ends of a base (3), a support upper beam (1) is fixed at the top of the support columns (2), a hydraulic cylinder (6) is mounted on the support upper beam (1), the hydraulic cylinder (6) is connected to a hydraulic station (4) by a configuration pipeline (5), a piston rod (7) is arranged at the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder (6), a locating guide hole (8) is arranged on a pressure head of the piston rod (7), a workpiece (10) is placed on the base (3), and a bearing (9) is aligned with the workpiece (10). The assembling method therefor comprises: assembling elevator guide wheel components and assembling other similar structural components. The present invention guarantees the verticality during the press fitting of an axle core, thereby increasing the assembling quality of a guide wheel. |
