When a computer provided with a processor and a memory according to the present invention has received a shipping order from a shipper, the computer: generates, as a first shipper order pattern, an order pattern for the shipper from the received shipping order and past shipping orders; generates a plurality of plans that meet the received shipping order, on the basis of the first shipper order pattern; selects ones of the plurality of plans that meet restrictions imposed by the place where the shipping is to be performed; on the basis of the selected plans, simulates shipping volumes as second shipper order patterns; selects one of the second shipper order patters that matches the first shipper order pattern; and generates instructions for the shipping, on the basis of a plan created from the selected second shipper order pattern. |
