A plate-shaped reinforcing member (40) is joined to an outer peripheral portion of a first through-hole (34X) of a wheel house outer panel (30). This reinforcing member (40) has a second through-hole (40X) formed in a position overlapping with the first through-hole (34X) of the wheel house outer panel (30). Also, a bent end portion (44) that is formed bent is provided along an entire periphery of a peripheral edge portion of the second through-hole (40X) of the reinforcing member (40).
