The present invention relates to an image screen control method using a mobile terminal having a camera. According to the present invention, the image screen control method using the mobile terminal in a visible light communication system comprises: a step of enlarging and projecting a screen, wherein a reference point is displayed, in the mobile terminal onto an external display; a step of configuration to match a coordinate value of a pointed external display screen to a coordinate value of the screen, wherein the reference point is displayed, in the mobile terminal, when a specific device points to the reference point of the screen projected on the external display; and a step of controlling content, projected on the external display, in the mobile terminal by recognizing a motion pattern by using a specific apparatus, at the pointed spot.
