The present invention relates to an integral type curved frame, and a manufacturing method and a molding jig thereof wherein the integral type curved frame provides convenience of manufacturing and assembling and a beautiful appearance by bend-forming a curve unit and a straight line unit integrally by a single frame. According to the present invention, for a bar form curved frame in which a rear surface unit (53, 55) and a side surface unit (54, 56) are formed to be combined with a rear surface and a side surface of a curved panel (P), provided are an integral type curved frame, a manufacturing method and a molding jig thereof, comprising: a bar form curved frame unit (51) in which a first rear surface unit (53) formed with a metal and be extended with a predetermined width and length, and a first side surface unit (54) extended to vertically cross with the first rear surface unit (53) are formed, and in which a central part is dented compared with both end parts thereof; and a straight line unit (52) in which a second rear surface unit (55) formed in an integrally bending bar form on both end parts of the curved frame unit (51) and contacted with an end part of the first rear surface unit (53) to be integral, and a second side surface unit (56) extended vertically from the second rear surface unit (55) and parallel to the both side surface of the curved frame unit (51) in a state of crossing vertically with the second rear surface unit (55) and at the same time of being integrally bending extended from the first side surface unit (54) are formed. |
