Disclosed are a biosensor, a method for sensing physiological data using the biosensor, and a method for manufacturing the biosensor. The biosensor comprises a winding metal line having an air-bridge structure, and senses the resonant frequency change due to a dielectric constant of a substance to be measured so as to figure out the concentration of the substance to be measured.
