The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stone fixing device for an apartment house which consistently adjusts a space between an upper part of a stone plate and an adjusting plate, and prevents accumulation of a load by load transmission from an upper stone plate to a lower stone plate. In order to achieve this purpose, the stone fixing device for the apartment house comprises: a counter bore hole (32) formed on an adjusting plate (30) with a top and bottom through type to place a center of the hole on an upper part latching groove (22) formed on a stone plate (20), including a ring-shaped latching projection (34) on a top; locking grooves (36, 38) formed on a top surface of the adjusting plate (30) via a center of the counter bore hole (32); a rotary bush (40) inserted into a counter bore hole (32) to be coupled thereto to allow a free rotary motion, including a hollow hole (41) to insert a stone fixing pin (24) latched by the upper part latching groove (22); elastic hooks (42, 43) formed on an upper part of the rotary bush (40), inserted into a top of the counter bore hole (32) through a bottom thereof, and latched by the ring-shaped latching projection (34); spacers (44, 45) horizontally formed on both ends of a lower outer periphery of the rotary bush (40) to maintain a space between a top surface (26) of the stone plate (20) and the adjusting plate (30) or enter into the upper part latching groove (22) by rotation of the rotary bush (40); cutting parts (46, 47) formed on a front and a rear of the lower outer periphery of the rotary bush (40) to partially expose an outer periphery of the stone fixing pin (24) towards the front and rear; coupling grooves (48, 49) formed on a top of the rotary bush (40); and a latching pin (50) coupled to the stone fixing pin (24), and latched by the coupling grooves (48, 49). |
