摘要 The present invention relates to a residue coal removal method of a coal unloader comprising: a first step of unloading raw materials as a number of buckets attached at a fixed interval along a chain circulate continuously by chain driving; a second step of setting a position of an air suction unit in an unloading space where residue coal remains by arranging the air suction unit (10) closely to the target unloading space by withdrawing a front end of the air suction unit (10) to the outside after unloading by a bucket is completed; a third step of causing a suction force into an inner space of a housing (12) by a rotary force of an air fan (13) applied to driving of a suction motor (15) by inducing execution of the air suction unit according to a setting signal; a fourth step of performing inflow of the residue coal as inducing suction of external air into the inner space of the air suction unit (10), and collecting the introduced residue coal on a hopper (21) of a residue coal discharge unit by moving the residue coal to an inducing pipe (17), a cover body (16), a suction motor (15) and a connection pipe (18) internally and sequentially; a fifth step of delivering the corresponding residue coal to an evacuation path (22) continuously through piston behavior of a stroke part (70) provided in a two-cylinders type after continuous suction of the residue coal into the space provided by the hopper (21); and a sixth step of inducing the residue coal discharging on a transport conveyor (30) as coercive upward delivery of the residue coal is performed along a guide path of the evacuation path (22).
