An OLED display device and manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus, said OLED display device comprising: a substrate base plate (21), and an anode (23), a cathode (26), and an organic functional layer (25) arranged between said anode (23) and cathode (26) being formed on said substrate base plate (21); the anode (23) and/or the cathode (26) is a two-dimensional nano-structured topological insulator, and the two-dimensional nano-structured topological insulator is adhered to the substrate base plate (21) by means of an adhesive layer. Said OLED display device overcomes the problem of uneven display brightness caused by the high transmission resistance and large voltage drop of metal electrodes in OLED display devices.
