The present invention relates to legume cookies and a method for producing the same, the legume cookies being a healthy food which does not comprise any wheat flour, sugar and additives, thereby being able to prevent adult diseases and diabetes. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing legume cookies and the produced legume cookies, the method comprising the steps of: mixing legume powder, salt and optionally kelp powder or other minor ingredients; kneading the mixture; forming a dough; and baking the dough. |
