Embodiments of the present invention provide a synchronization communication method and a communication node. The method comprises: a first node determines that a synchronization signal of the first node is changed, the synchronization signal before the change being a first synchronization signal and the synchronization signal after the change being a second synchronization signal; the first node sends a first synchronization indication message to the second node, the first synchronization indication message carrying change information and the change information being used for determining the second synchronization signal; and the first node sends the second synchronization signal to the second node. On the basis of the technical scheme, a first node sends a synchronization indication message to another node, so that the another node performing synchronization communication with the first node can receive a changed synchronization signal according to the synchronization indication message, and synchronization communication is not interrupted. |
