A mobile lifting machine for vehicle maintenance, which is used with a vehicular platform (1), comprises a horizontal pushing mechanism, a turnover mechanism and a lifting mechanism; the lifting mechanism comprises a support assembly (5), a lifting assembly (10), a power device and a transmission gear, wherein the lifting assembly (10) and the transmission gear are arranged on the support assembly (5), the lifting assembly (10) is connected with the transmission gear, and the power device drives the lifting assembly (10) to move up and down via the transmission gear; the horizontal pushing mechanism is mounted on the vehicular platform (1), and the lifting mechanism is hinged to the horizontal pushing mechanism by the turnover mechanism. The vehicular mobile vehicle maintenance lifting machine can ensure that the requirements that fault vehicles of clients need to be maintained outside maintenance sites be met, the door-to-door service can be provided for the clients, problems of the fault vehicles can be solved on the spot, and thus the fault vehicle maintenance efficiency can be improved.
