A metal foam stack and a manufacturing method therefor are provided. The metal foam stack includes one or more stack units. The stack unit comprises: a first metal foam sheet including open-type cells in which cells are connected to each other therein; a first joining member positioned on the first metal foam sheet; and a second metal foam sheet positioned on the first joining member, and including open-type cells in which cells are connected to each other therein. Materials forming an interface between the first metal foam sheet and the first joining member, and materials forming an interface between the second metal foam sheet and the first joining member can be atomically diffused.
