The present disclosure provides a device-to-device communications data reception method, sending method, and device, used for providing a solution to a UE, so that same can receive peer UE data, when it is undetermined which resource pool configuration information the peer UE is using. The method comprises: locally stored resource pool configuration information is used to detect control information sent by a transmitting terminal; the resource pool configuration information used by the transmitting terminal is determined according to the detected control information; data information of the transmitting terminal is received according to the determined resource pool configuration information and control information.
