Disclosed is a percutaneous stimulator for reducing the sensitivity of nerves, comprising an electrical stimulator (2). The electrical stimulator (2) comprises a control circuit (21), at least two electrodes (22) and a power supply unit (23), wherein the power supply unit (23) supplies power to the control circuit (21), and then the control circuit (21) generates a stimulation current and conducts the stimulation current to the two electrodes (22). When in use, the electrical stimulator (2) can be located on a carrier (1, 3) and sleeved on a male genital organ via the carrier (1, 3) to enable the two electrodes (22) to touch the surface of the skin of the male genital organ; and the stimulation current generated by the electrical stimulator (2) is conducted to the two electrodes (22) and stimulates subcutaneous nerves at a low intensity to enable the subcutaneous nerves of the male genital organ to achieve temporary paralysis, in order to temporarily reduce the sensitivity of subcutaneous nerves of the genital organ. |
