Disclosed are a method, apparatus and system for network-assisted terminal blind detection, and a related device. The method, implemented by a network side, for network-assisted terminal blind detection comprises the following steps: receiving uplink and downlink timeslot configuration information of a neighboring cell sent by a base station in the neighboring cell (S31); and notifying a terminal in the local cell of blind detection-related information (S32), the blind detection-related information being information determined according to uplink and downlink timeslot configuration information of the neighboring cell. The method, implemented by a terminal side, for network-assisted terminal blind detection comprises the following steps: receiving blind detection-related information sent by a network side; and determining a neighboring cell subframe of an unknown type according to the blind detection-related information, and performing blind detection on the neighboring cell subframe of the unknown type. The present invention is used to reduce complexity of terminal blind detection and save terminal processing resources during the process of network-assisted interference cancellation.
